Sharon Capito
Director of Sales & Operations
Sharon brings 15+ years of experience to the table, keeping our sales and operations running like a well-oiled machine. With a deep understanding of the restoration industry, she knows how to effectively prioritize and manage projects for both her team and her clients. Her staff will tell you of her ability to motivate and keep projects moving, and her industry partners and previous customers are quick to recommend her services.
Whether she’s streamlining processes, helping with estimates, or building strong client relationships, Sharon is all about getting results and making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Outside of the office, you’ll probably find her catching a game as her 5 grandsons play basketball, baseball, football and soccer. As a die-hard sports fan, she also played women’s basketball in college and loves the University of Louisville! (Go Cards!)

Michael Kamenish
Senior Estimator & Mitigation Manager
Michael entered the restoration industry back in 1988. He is a true veteran when it comes to fire, water, and mold damage. As our Senior Estimator and Mitigation Manager, Michael brings a wealth of technical knowledge and experience to every project, ensuring accurate scopes, smooth execution, and top-notch results for our clients. He holds five IICRC certifications and leads by example—whether he’s mentoring team members in the field or navigating complex claims with ease.
When he’s not on the job, he loves seeing his granddaughter. You’ll also find him out on his bicycle, crushing 100-mile rides just for fun nearly every week. Michael went to Ballard high school locally and attended the University of Kentucky. He cheers for both UK and U of L, but when they play each other, it’s Go Big Blue!

Ryan Hineman
Project Manager
Ryan brings 8 years of hands-on experience in the restoration industry, managing projects with a steady hand and a sharp eye for detail. As Project Manager, he’s the go-to guy for keeping jobs on track, teams aligned, and clients in the loop from start to finish. Ryan is all about clear communication, and making sure every job gets done right—the first time.
He’s known for his strong communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to stay cool under pressure—no matter how chaotic the job site gets.
Outside of work, he loves spending time with his daughter. Ryan is also a die-hard University of Kentucky basketball fan (go Cats!) and rarely misses a game during the season.
